What are you going to do with them?
Not the version where you slow down, get careful, and watch everybody else live it. The version where you're strong, clear, funny and entirely yourself at ninety-six.
That one doesn't happen by accident. It gets built.
It's the age I intend to still be teaching a kickboxing class. Strong, sharp, and entirely myself. That's my number. Once you have yours, every decision gets simple: is this getting me there the way I want to arrive, or isn't it?
"Project" is the honest word for the rest. Not a journey. Not a transformation. A build. Nobody drifts into being magnificent at 96 — it gets made on purpose, starting from wherever you are today.
So that's what this is: a small group of women, three phases, and thirty weeks of rebuilding your body, your thinking and your daily life — in the order that actually works.
You already have every piece of the puzzle you need. You're just building it without the picture on the box.
You've read the books. Maybe you've done some therapy or coaching. You know what you're supposed to eat and roughly how often you're supposed to move. You are not an uninformed woman.
And yet, it's all still in pieces on the table.
Project 96 is the picture on the box.
And the picture is a house.
None of that is a problem with your discipline. It's what happens when you've been handed a thousand pieces and no picture — so you keep trying bits at random, and wondering why nothing locks together.
Your life is a structure. It has load-bearing parts, and right now one of them isn't holding weight — which is why the whole thing feels like it's leaning. We find out which pillar it is, and we rebuild it. In this order, because this order is the one that works.
Feeling safe in your body.
Sleep, food, movement, recovery. The unglamorous physiology you've been taking for granted for thirty years — and then wondering why getting off the couch got hard. This is the one causing the most havoc, and everything else sits on top of it. So it goes first.
What your body has been carrying for you.
Beliefs, triggers, patterns, emotions. The stories running underneath the behaviour you can't seem to change. This is where the release work happens — and where most women find out what the body has quietly been holding on their behalf.
Everything again, from a different place.
Habits, routines, boundaries, relationships, your future self. We revisit the food and the movement — but now from solid ground instead of willpower. This is where it stops being a program and starts being how you live.
Same as the last thirty, or bigger? Every single thing we do over thirty weeks points back at that question. By the end you won't be guessing at the answer — you'll be living in it.
Four weeks after the thirty are done, everybody comes back and we find out what actually held. Because the interesting part was never how you feel on the last day — it's how you feel a month later, on your own, with nobody watching. This isn't an extra thrown in. It's the part that tells you it was real.
"I have never told anybody that. I'm not sure why I did. I just feel so safe with you."
Client"You give me hard work to do. I hate doing the work. But I do it — and I can see what transpires from it."

PlaceholderAnd here's the part nobody tells you: when that happens, every relationship around you changes too. Not because you worked on them. Because you stopped needing them to go a certain way.
I don't run one method. I've spent a decade collecting the ones that work and I pull whatever the moment needs — which is why no two women in the group get an identical six months.
The thing people actually name as my superpower isn't on that list, though. It's that I can hold space without flinching. Women tell me things in week three they've never told anybody, and then look up surprised at themselves.

This isn't a course you buy and watch alone at 11pm. It's a small group of like-minded women who meet every week on video, know each other's names, and can ask each other how are you doing with this one? between calls.
We have gone so far away from that. Everything is a feed now, half of it isn't even real, and we're all quietly starving for a room of actual people who are actually trying.
Project 96 is a build. It's also a room. You get both.
Not me, and definitely not the people currently selling you softer clothes and lower expectations. You do you, boo.
What I will do is help you do it in the most expansive, ridiculous, fully alive way you can stand — and then help you build the body and the nerve to actually pull it off.
Purple hair optional. Highly encouraged.

I'm Candace. I spent years in education and IT before I ever coached anybody, and the last decade working with bodies and the emotions people store in them — as a Master Empowerment Coach, a fitness instructor, and a woman who spent a long stretch of her life in debilitating back pain that turned out to be made almost entirely of unprocessed rage.
I fixed it. I'm not especially interested in talking about it anymore. What I'm interested in is what you do with the thirty years in front of you, and I'm two steps ahead on that road, waving.
My grandmother had one leg, used a wheelchair, and went to Mexico anyway. She's the reason this exists.
Number of certifications and modalities behind all this, technical term: golly wonkers.
Five to ten women. If you read all of that and something in you sat up straighter — apply.
And so you're not wondering: it's $100 a week for thirty weeks, or $2,400 paid in full. Canadian dollars — which if you're paying from the US or the UK lands a good deal lower than the number you're reading. I'll send you the rest of the details straight away.
We start October 20th.
Your next thirty years will thank you.
